Labour Relations Board denies check-us-out.net blog was bargaining in bad faith

August 2, 2012 The Labour Relations Board (LRB) denied Regina Public Library Board's application alleging that the check-us-out.net blog breached the Trade Union Act, particularly that the Union was not bargaining in good faith.  The LRB has determined that the Union was publishing its interpretations of the proposed collective agreement. Regina Public Library workers have a new contract
